A 65-year-old Grand Mother gives birth to quadruplets in Germany she the oldest woman to do so. It is obvious that at this age, her body couldn’t produce any children so to conceive babies woman got fertility treatment. In order to reproduce Children she had to travel to Ukraine in order to source sperm and eggs because it was against the law of Germany. It’s very common to use multiple eggs during IVF treatments because the success rate is low but Doctors were surprised when all four of the fertilized eggs successfully implanted and developed. Babies were delivered back in May by Caesarian section, 14 weeks early. Babies were named – Neeta, Dries, Bence and Fijon they weighed between 1.4 and 2.1 pounds and required intensive care to survive. Two of them needed breathing assistance and two underwent surgical procedures. Thankfully, the babies are reportedly now doing well and have tripled their birth weight. At a healthy size, they should be ready to go home soon.
